If the download page does not show you a survey, then do stay on download page, it will load the survey in 60 seconds. If still not, then close that page and again open the download page to get new offer.
Downloading from this server is very easy, you have to put only your name and email Id there in the right place.. Nothing else. It will ask for address, credit card etc, but just click "OK" or "Continue" while leaving those entries blank and it should let you download without entering the info.

Fill in your name and email in the circled area, or something similar depending on the offer and click "Sign up Today!" (or again, something similar). [It's no harm to fill in your own name and email, you will not get any email back from this survey, but if you do not want to use your own email.
3. A new page will appear, displaying even more fields to fill in. Don't even bother completing these, just click the "Click here to continue" on top of the screen (the circled area) and your file will start downloading!
